July 13, 2022: Flightcare Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Mark Popplestone as Chief Medical Adviser.

Mark has been involved in Aviation Medicine for over 20 years, working in senior positions at British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Qatar Airways. In addition to extensive experience in the regulatory aspects of pilot fitness, he has always had a particular interest in the effective management of in flight medical emergencies.

In announcing Mark’s appointment, Dr Simon May, Co-founder and Director of Flightcare Global, said “We are delighted to welcome Mark to the Flightcare Global team. He has an enormous amount of airline medical experience across three major airlines.”
